the hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the nice building with helpful and absolutely kindstaff. large room, a shower, hair dryers, and towels in the room. good favourable location, close to trainstation. and near to bars, restaurant and a lot of traffic and the bus station.

Yummy breakfast, felt like I was in a jewelry shop, easy to hang "do not disturb" sign. Found a great deal.

Couldn't figure out the check-in machine, noisy neighbors, pesky church bell. Cleaning lady needs a language lesson.

The value for money was fantastic and the room was modern, functional, and had a lovely view from my third-floor window. The location was super convenient, just a 30-second walk from the train station and a minute from the bus station. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and caring throughout my stay.

The bathroom was great and heating was perfect. The view of Pforzheim was lovely. The hotel had a good breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The price was excellent compared to other hotels.

The elevator wasn't working during our stay, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They allowed us to check-in on the ground floor and even offered assistance with our luggage. Despite the inconvenience, the staff made sure we were comfortable and provided us with a room on the lower floors. The location and view of the town were perfect, and the delicious breakfast was a definite plus. Despite a few minor issues, I would recommend this hotel for a short weekend stay.

The comfort rooms at Novum Hotel Ruf Pforzheim are cozy and inviting, with just the right amount of space for a solo traveler like me. The single bed is comfy, the work area is functional, and the flat screen TV is a nice bonus.

Personally, I found the size of the comfort rooms a bit small.

The hotel had serious noise issues- loud music from the club downstairs heard until 3 am, and walls that are too thin and it's easy to hear other guests. The elevators are unreliable and breakdowns happened several times during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main station, making it easy to get around. the chipcard access and nicely decorated reception add to the convenience and atmosphere. the beds in the Standard Twin Room are comfortable, and the room itself has all the necessary amenities, including a TV. the standout feature is the breakfast buffet, with plenty of options and fresh food. a great value for money, especially if you're traveling alone.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location couldn't be better - super close to the train station and in the very center of the city. The rooms were modern and well-maintained. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. Plus, the view from our room was stunning. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers.
